# Visor Node

While the core node infrastructure is responsible for managing on-chain requests within the underlying protocol, HyperQuant has optimized these API services for near-instant speed.

HyperQuant builds upon HyperLiquid's node infrastructure to increase its scalability and speed, aiming to outcompete default primitives to give HyperQuant users an edge in native markets.
